Home Performance with ENERGY STAR^® Program

The Whole-House Approach

Rather than focusing on individual components, a Home Performance with ENERGY STAR Home Energy Assessment looks at how a combination of improvements can result in a more comfortable home, as well as lower energy consumption and costs.

Using state-of-the-art equipment, a participating contractor trained and certified by the Building Performance Institute will:

• Conduct a comprehensive Home Energy Assessment, including a complete visual inspection and diagnostic tests.
• Provide a Home Energy Assessment Report that includes recommended improvements specific to your home, as well as projected energy savings.
