Flex Rewards is a new approach to Energy Wise Rewards that initiates short and more frequent energy-saving events throughout the year. This reduces strain on the grid and has minimal impact to customers because the events are often unnoticed. Customers can receive bill credits of up to $72 per device per year for participating in the program.

The primary focus of Flex Rewards is to achieve electricity demand reduction without compromising customer comfort. Events are designed to be “invisible” to customers. Your thermostat will be adjusted by up to 3 degrees only on event days. Your participation is voluntary, and you will retain control of your thermostat. You can easily opt out of an event for any reason.
