My Energy Target

 

Congrats! You have been selected* to participate in the My Energy Target Program.

From June 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026, you will have the opportunity to reduce your energy costs and receive a reward from Delmarva Power. If you achieve your energy reduction targets, you can receive an incentive payment of up to $150**.

We will be there to guide you every step of the way. As a participant, you will receive:

  • Customized energy reduction targets unique to your home and energy usage.
  • Progress trackers to show your energy consumption throughout the challenge.
  • Interactive activities that will provide you with additional support with examples and tips to reduce energy.

*Customers who receive a My Energy Target welcome email are automatically enrolled in the program. You can opt out at any time by emailing DelmarvaMET@icf.com.

**Customers must achieve an energy target and complete an end-of-season survey to receive an incentive payment.

The EmPOWER Maryland charge funds programs that can help you reduce your energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions and save you money. Since the inception of the EmPOWER Maryland program in 2008, the programs have saved $14.5 billion on installed measures at a cost of $4.1 billion. In addition to new program costs, this charge includes paying off the uncollected costs that were accrued over time by programs required by the EmPOWER statute and authorized by the Commission. In accordance with House Bill 864 the uncollected amounts will be fully paid by the end of 2032.
