Energy Wise Rewards^™

Your Installation Credit is a one-time bill credit that appears within two billing cycles. For example, if you signed up for 50% cycling and your selected device was installed before you were billed in June, you would receive your $40 Installation Credit as a credit off your June or July bill.

You can find your Energy Wise Rewards credits on page 2 of your bill (see example below). This customer’s device was installed in March, and they received their Installation Credit on their April bill.
